Welcome to Green Oaks Spine & Sport where Dr. Neal Griffin and Dr. Jeff Wagnon provide quality sports injury and family chiropractic care. Our practice is located in Arlington, TX, and serves patients including numerous professional, select, and club athletes from all over the Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding area. We use various advanced techniques in order to ensure our patients feels their best after every visit. Dr. Griffin is from Saskatchewan, Canada. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Regina in Canada. He moved to Dallas in 1994 and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University (Formerly Parker College of Chiropractic) in 1998.
Dr. Griffin has been involved in competitive sports for many years both as a player and coach. He has coached hockey, volleyball, baseball and soccer. Dr. Griffin started playing hockey at the age of 4 and played competitively in Bantam and Midget. This experience and formal education in anatomy, physiology and physical education helps him to diagnose your problem and develop a recovery strategy specifically designed for you.
His approach to sports injuries is to thoroughly understand each sport and individual injury with regards to the stress it puts on the bodies muscle, nerve and skeletal systems. By understanding the cause of the injury, this allows more focused treatment which returns you back to regular activity quickly.

Dr. Jeff is a native Texan, graduating from Midlothian High School and obtaining his BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Texas Tech.
Dr. Jeff Wagnon graduated from Parker Chiropractic University in 2002. Since then, he has helped numerous patients reach their highest level of health and wellness through natural, chiropractic care. Dr. Jeff practices with a very fundamental philosophy, “ I believe in the miracle of the body and know that pain is not just a symptom, but is also a very important message. Therefore, I am trained to adhere to the following principle: Find the Cause.” He believes that every illness has an underlying cause that is often buried in aspects of lifestyle, diet or habits of the individual.
Dr. Jeff worked for several years with medical doctors and gained a large amount of knowledge and experience treating extremely complex spinal conditions. He has helped many patients with failed back syndrome (failed surgery), post lumbar/cervical fusion, lumbar discectomy, facet injections, epidurals, rhizotomy, fibromyalgia, headaches, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Jeff’s goal is to return his patients to an active, pain-free life.
Dr. Jeff is certified in Active Release Technique (ART). ART is the gold standard for treating damage to muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Soft tissue damage is usually caused by a traumatic injury, overuse injury, and or poor posture.
