What to expect on your first visit?
Our office prides itself on efficient and effective procedures so that we can help you recover quickly. The Doctors and staff have trained extensively on developing these procedures for your benefit. The first visit takes between 30 and 60 minutes providing all paperwork is completed ahead of time.
Your first day procedure begins with your arrival, you can expect the following:
- Please come in 15 minutes early if you have paperwork to complete, 30 minutes if not.
- Please sign in at the front desk, we will be looking forward to meeting you.
- We will ask for a copy of your ID and insurance card.
- You will be introduced to the Doctor and they will conduct a consultation before performing any evaluations.
- Should your case be one that we can help, the Doctor will perform a Functional, Orthopedic, Neurological, and Skeletal Examination as well as sport specific testing if necessary.
- The Doctor will explain the recommended treatment and begin treatment with your consent to get you on your way to better health.
As always, if you have any questions at all don’t hesitate to ask the Doctor or staff about treatment plan, home care, fees, etc.
We are here to answer any and all questions for you.
Insurance
We accept most PPO Major Medical/Private Health Insurance. We will file your claim for you. Below is a list of some insurance carriers we are in-network or will file with, call us if you have questions or don’t see your insurance listed here.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United HealthCare
- Aetna
- Medicare
- Some others not listed here.
We are out of network with Cigna, Baylor Scott & White and PHCS but will happily file with your insurance for out of network benefits.
We may also be able to file claims in case of auto injury. This is more complex and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
In a lot of cases our cash prices are more cost effective than using your insurance without sacrificing your health.
